Academic Qualifications:
- Year Level:
- Incoming first-year, second-year, or third-year college students for SY 2025–2026
- Incoming fourth-year students (only if enrolled in a five-year course)
- Students expected to graduate in SY 2025–2026 cannot apply
- Institution: Must be enrolling in a public or state university/college
Other Conditions:
- Must not have any existing scholarship
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum GPA: 85% or equivalent
- Financial Need: Must demonstrate financial difficulty
- Character and Community Involvement:
- No disciplinary or administrative cases

- Current Certificate of Registration/Enrollment signed by the Registrar
- Academic Records:
- Latest Copy of Grades
- Proof of Financial Need (one of the following):
- Parents’/Guardians’ most recent Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Tax Exemption Certificate from the BIR
- Certificate of Indigency of parents
- Recent contract or proof of income for children of OFWs or seafarers
- Latest electric bill
- Recommendation Letter:
