- State Universities and Colleges (SUCs)
- Private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) recognized by CHED as:
- Centers of Excellence (COE)
- Centers of Development (COD)
- Institutions with FAAP Level III Accreditation (e.g., PAASCU, PACUCOA) for STEM programs
