CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship 2025-2026 Application
The CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship (TDP) 2025 is now open for applications. If you’re a college freshman struggling to cover your school fees and daily expenses. The program was recently announced by Hon. Anne Bersamin, Vice-Governor of ABRA Province, and it’s open for the school year 2025–2026.
What is CHED Tulong Dunong Program?
The CHED Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) is a scholarship offered by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) that provides Php 7,500 per semester (or Php 15,000 per academic year) to financially struggling college students. This grant helps cover tuition and daily allowances, making it easier for students to focus on their studies without worrying too much about expenses.
What are the Benefits of the CHED TDP Scholarship?
Under this scholarship, each scholar will receive:
- ₱7,500 per semester
- Or ₱15,000 per academic year
This covers school fees and provides a daily allowance for the student.

Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the CHED TDP Scholarship, you must:
- Be a first-year college student
- Be enrolled in any 4-year degree program
- Not be a representative (no third-party applications)
This scholarship is especially geared toward students who come from financially challenged backgrounds, so make sure you can support your application with the required documents.
What are the Requirements?
Here’s what you need to prepare:
- 2×2 latest ID photo – No selfies allowed
- Barangay Indigency Certificate – Original with dry seal
- Certificate of Enrollment for SY 2025–2026 (1st Semester) – Original copy
Tip: Make sure your documents are complete before applying, as this is a first come, first serve basis!
How Many Slots Are Available?
There are 1,650 scholarship slots available for the CHED TDP this year. That means 1,650 deserving students will receive financial assistance. But once all the slots are filled, applications will be closed.

Applying is simple, but you have to do it in person. Here’s how:
- Visit the Ground Floor of the Abra Provincial Capitol in Bangued, ABRA
- Bring all your completed documents
- Submit your application directly
Remember: There’s no online application, and the process is first come, first served, so apply early.
