DOST Scholarship 2025 Test Permits Now Available for Download

The Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) has officially released the test permits for the 2025 Junior Level Science Scholarship (JLSS) Examination.

Qualified applicants can now download their test permits through the E-Scholarship Application System portal.

How to Download Your JLSS 2025 Test Permit

Applicants must follow the steps below to access and print their test permit:

  1. Go to the official E-Scholarship Application System: https://jlss.science-scholarships.ph
  2. Access Important Dates Section: Click on the “Download your test permit” button located in the “Important Dates” section.
  3. Log In to Your Account: Enter your Application ID, primary email address, and birthdate.
  4. Print the Test Permit: Download and print your permit using long bond paper (8.5 x 13 inches). Complete all required forms included.
  5. Resubmission of Documents: Applicants needing to resubmit documents may do so between August 4, 2025 and August 24, 2025.
