Iskolar ng Bayan Scholarship 2025–2026 Now Open for Application
The Municipal Government of San Rafael, Bulacan, led by Mayor Cipriano D. Violago Jr., is now accepting applications for the Iskolar ng Bayan Scholarship Program for the academic year 2025–2026. This program is open to all incoming and ongoing college students who are bona fide residents of San Rafael.

- Certified Photocopy of Report Card (with dry seal; GWA must be at least 85%)
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) for 1st Semester, SY 2025–2026
For 2nd Year and Up
- Photocopy of COR for 1st Semester, SY 2025–2026
- Photocopy of COR for 2nd Semester, SY 2024–2025
- Certified Photocopy of Certificate of Grades (COG) with GWA of 2.25, 2nd Semester, SY 2024–2025
If Applicable
- Photocopy of Solo Parent ID (if the applicant is a child of a solo parent)
Note: All academic documents must be certified with a dry seal. Uncertified grades or report cards will not be accepted.
