PCAFPD Scholarship 2025-2026 is Now Open

The PCAFPD Scholarship for the 2025–2026 academic year is officially open, giving undergraduate and graduate students in the Philippines a chance to receive full financial support for their education. The deadline to apply is September 30, 2025.

PCAFPD Scholarship offers full financial assistance to future community leaders

This scholarship program provides full tuition coverage, a living allowance, educational supplies, and more, but it’s more than just financial aid. PCAFPD scholars are selected not only based on need and academic performance, but also on their leadership potential and strong commitment to helping improve life in the Philippines.

The Foundation prioritizes students whose chosen fields of study are directly aligned with national development, and scholars are expected to remain in the Philippines after graduation to serve their communities.

Scholarship Benefits

Successful applicants can expect the following:

Full tuition and school fees
Living allowance per semester (must demonstrate need, especially for graduate applicants)
Books and educational supplies allowance
Reimbursement for approved education-related activities
Undergraduate scholars receive a laptop from the Foundation
Graduate scholars can request up to Php 10,000 for thesis funding with an approved proposal.

Who can apply?

The scholarship is open to Filipino citizens pursuing undergraduate or graduate education in the Philippines.

Undergraduate applicants must:

Be current Grade 12 students, recent high school graduates not currently enrolled, or first-year college students
Demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and service to community
Come from low-income households
Be committed to staying and working in the Philippines after graduation
Pass their chosen school’s entrance exam by May 31, 2026

Graduate applicants must:

Have previously completed their undergraduate degree as a PCAFPD scholar
Have at least one year of professional work experience
Show strong academic performance and leadership
Demonstrate financial need
Be committed to staying and working in the Philippines
Pass qualifying tests for their chosen graduate program

Important Notes

Applicants planning to work abroad are not eligible
Priority is given to those studying fields that contribute to Philippine development
Medical-related fields and law are not covered (e.g., nursing, medicine, dentistry, medical tech, veterinary medicine)
