PHINMA National Scholarship 2025-2026 Now Open for Application


The PHINMA Foundation is now accepting applications for the PHINMA National Scholarship (PNS) for the academic year 2025–2026. This scholarship program is open for college students currently enrolled in select PHINMA partner schools.

PHINMA National Scholarship Overview

The PHINMA National Scholarship (PNS) is more than just a financial grant—it’s a leadership development program that supports deserving college students. In addition to covering education-related costs, the program also includes mentoring, training, and support for board exams.

Scholarship Benefits

Qualified PHINMA scholars will receive:

  • 100% tuition and fees covered
  • ₱3,000 monthly allowance
  • ₱2,000 annual book allowance
  • ₱1,500 annual uniform allowance
  • ₱3,000 professional development allowance
  • Graduation fee assistance
  • Financial aid for board exam reviews
  • Cash incentives for:
    • Graduates with Latin honors
    • First-time board passers and placers
  • Participation in the PHINMA Leadership and Mentorship Program

Who Can Apply?

  • Must be a Filipino citizen
  • Must be enrolled in one of PHINMA’s partner universities
  • Must come from a family with annual gross income not exceeding ₱300,000

PHINMA University of Pangasinan

  • 1st Year: Education (Elementary or Secondary)
  • 2nd Year: BS in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Technological University of the Philippines – Manila

(Incoming 2nd Year Only)

  • BS in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

University of the Philippines – Diliman

(Incoming 2nd Year Only)

  • BS in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics and Communications Engineering

Documentary Requirements

Applicants must submit the following documents:

Proof of Enrollment

  • Copy of latest registration or enrollment form

Academic Records

  • 1st Year applicants: Senior High School Transcript of Records or Grade 11 & 12 report cards
  • 2nd Year applicants: Certified True Copy of Grades from 1st year in college

Proof of Household Income (Submit any 2):

  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of breadwinner
  • Payslips from the past 3 months
  • Certificate of Non-Filing of ITR
  • Recent utility bills (past 3 months)

Recommendation Forms

  • Two recommendation letters from a teacher, school official, or community leader
  • Recommenders must email directly to: pfi@phinma.com.ph
