Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 graduates from public and private schools in the eligible areas. Private school students must have a DepEd voucher and must have completed Grade 10 in a public high school.
- General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 92% for Grade 12 – 1st semester.
- Annual total household income of ₱250,000 or less.
Scholarship Benefits
Selected scholars will receive:
- Full tuition and other school fees covered
- Monthly stipend
- Part-time job opportunities during semestral and Christmas breaks
- Enrichment programs and activities sponsored by SM Foundation

- Latest Income Tax Returns of parent/guardian or Certificate of Non-Filing of Income or Certificate of Indigency
- Latest Grade 12 report card

- Two (2) recent 2×2 ID photos
- Sketch of residence showing proximity to the nearest SM Mall
