The Moirasia Foundation, Inc. is now accepting applications for its Youth Excellence Scholarship (YES) program for the academic year 2025–2026. This scholarship offers full or partial financial assistance and aims to support deserving students in their academic and career journey.
Youth Excellence Scholarship (YES) Overview
The YES program is designed to help financially challenged yet academically deserving students enrolled in specific degree programs. It also offers career development opportunities through training and employment support with Ramon F. Garcia & Co., CPAs and Crowe Philippines Consulting Inc.
Scholarship Benefits
- Full or partial tuition fee coverage
- Monthly food and transportation allowance
- Mentorship, skills training, and coaching sessions
- On-the-job training and career development programs
- Board review support
- Guaranteed work opportunity after graduation
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Combined family income not exceeding ₱300,000 per year (₱25,000/month)
- Must be a Senior High School student, or a 1st–2nd year college student enrolled in one of the following courses:
- BS Accountancy
- BS Internal Audit
- BS Management Accounting
- BS Psychology
- BS Social Work
- BS Information Technology
- BSBA Marketing Management
- BA Communication
- BS Office Administration
- BS Agriculture
- Academic Requirements:
- SHS applicants: GWA of at least 90% with no grade below 85%
- College students: GWA of 2.00 or better, with no failing grades (including NSTP and PE)
- Must be willing to complete two (2) years of paid management training
- Must not be a current recipient of any other private scholarship

List of Requirements
Prepare original and photocopies of the following:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Barangay Certificate of Indigency (for Moirasia scholarship purposes)
- Certified True Copy of Grades (latest academic year)
- Certificate of No Existing Scholarship (from Office of Student Affairs)
- Social Case Study Report (from City/Municipal Social Welfare Office)
- Autobiography (handwritten or printed)
- Valid School ID (back-to-back with 3 signatures)
- DSWD 4Ps ID (if applicable)
- Printed photos of house (inside and outside)
- Latest utility bills
- Sketch of home address
- Three (3) pcs. 2×2 ID pictures with name tag

Application Process
Step 1: Submission
Submit your application via email or through your school’s scholarship office (for PLM and PUP students).
Step 2: Screening and Interview
Moirasia Foundation will review your documents and notify you via text about your application status. You may be invited for an interview or exam.
Step 3: Psychological Reasoning Exam
Applicants will receive an email regarding the exam schedule and results.
Step 4: Panel Interview
Those who pass the exam will proceed to a panel interview conducted by the Scholarship Committee.
Step 5: Home/School Visitation
The Moirasia Foundation team will visit successful applicants for final verification.
Step 6: Final Results
Qualified scholars will be announced on the official Moirasia Foundation Facebook Page.
